Our first time at Chiquis was today! As someone with food restrictions due to nursing a sensitive little one, I often avoid going out to small town restaurants as they aren't always easy to find safe food at. But, Chiqui blew me away with her effort to make me safe and delicious food today! Our family visited Chiquis Cocina today, and the food was beyond delicious! The wait staff and Maria herself are just so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting them.

Based on the reviews, Chiquis Cocina Catering is a little gem with a very relaxing atmosphere and the best atmosphere. The food is amazing, delicious, and authentic. Everything is made to order, and you can feel the love and authenticity pouring out of every inch. The staff is kind, and the service is awesome. The owner takes orders and the chef comes out to make sure everything is good. The menu features a Birria Plate with tortillas hand fried in olive oil, tamales that are moist and flavorful, kids steak tacos made with love, elote (street corn) that is to die for, chimichangas, enchiladas, mango salsa that is heaven, homemade limeade, and flour tortillas made in house. The corn tortillas are hand made at a nearby tortilla factory. This is a must go place to experience true Authentic Mexican flavors and culture.
