Food is exceptionally delicious at this location, but they seem to completely ignore anyone who visits the front counter. At least 4 folks came in and waited 5+ minutes before being acknowledged.
Usually pretty fast service when dining in. The drive thru customers seem to have priority though. During the after lunch crowd, 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the place is usually nearly empty. However, that is when the banter and shouting between staff members occur. I've been privy to overhear staff discuss their evenings out the night before; discuss applicants who came in for interviews; family issues, etc. Very few filters on the staff mouths. I am very appreciative of that, and it really says something that my 80-yr-old mother who knows as little as possible about the internet asked me to take the time to leave a highly positive review.
