Everything I have tried at the Polymath Educational Cafe TLC has been delicious, full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients and is vegan. Wonderful chili, soups and stews, lasagna, sweet potato and black beans over rice, chickpea salad, made to order fresh tossed salads, goulash, BBQ sandwiches and wraps, deli sandwiches, nachos and more. Our kids were presently surprised to find this gem hidden in The Library Center when we stopped in for a visit. The owner was wonderfully patient as our 12 year old (with lots of food allergies) attempted to discern what was safe for her, what she wanted and what she could share with others (with different allergies) in our family.
