The workers recognize their regulars and are very helpful and considerate. Bakery is great and boba is better. A few more bread treats would be wonderful but the selection they have is top notch.

I tried a few things from the store and from school events. It's nice that they make up for the lack of Asian bakeries in the Lou. However, after witnessing the owners' recent antics in online Yelp/Google reviews, I won't be supporting this business anymore.
