I'm a big food truck fan and had been wanting to try Zydeco's for a while now, I was not disappointed! We caught them at Cooper's Landing, a bit late as they were selling out, but got a Swamp Platter with Cajun fries. Excellent all the way around. Fun & Friendly service, food was hot and delicious. ZYDECO has excellent food Can't keep up with them enough Theur Cajun catfish us delicious. That sauce that comes with ir will make you reach for more. Their fish poor boy us awesome too. They are a great service to the community, and wherever their truck goes. It's hard for me to catch them sometimes, and others who are Wheel chair bound. I pray one day soon they will be on Sam's Healmart parking lot. I'll sure be there

Tried the Po' Boy, half fried shrimp and half fried catfish. Everything tasted really fresh. The shrimp and catfish were cooked perfectly, very tender and not rubbery at all. The remoulade is the sauce of my dreams, so tangy and amazing! Will definitely be watching for when this food truck is back in town!
