I don't usually have a problem with this location however this morning I waited over 20 mins and tried different stalls and got 0 service. Several other people left as well. Maybe instead of having someone power washing the parking lot during a rush time you have them help staff the store?????
They have great food and that's where the good stuff ends. Service is seriously not something they're concerned about here in Aurora. And the way they act like you're committing a felony if you walk in the building, tip: bring my drink in under 5 minutes and I wouldn't have to come inside.
Had a minor issue, manager dealt with it in fairness and was prompt about it! Much respect for these people!
