Went to this Hardee's on May 16, 2025, and in the men's bathroom, one stall had an 'out of service' sign. The other stall had a toilet that had backed up with water on the floor. Dirty. I asked one of the employees if I could use the women's bathroom after she indicated no women were in the women's bathroom and told, 'No.' And she was rude about it. Never going back. I was a paying customer.
this Hardee's is a joke. noisy KC football game blaring loudly, food was cold and staff was probably wishing they were someplace else. won't be stopping there again.
There are a lot of people out there who say that good workers are hard to find. When the higher ups have this mentality then why would anyone want to work hard for someone who doesn't appreciate you. Who doesn't care about you or your family. I have stood beside the GM Jessica Graves for over a year watching these people just walk all over her. They require her to work 50 hours a week. I have watched her put in 60 to 70 hours a week and constantly be told she isn't doing enough....read full review

Hardee's offers a mix of experiences. The service can be great, with staff like Nikki who is very nice and fast, and Samantha who provided courteous table service and asked if customers needed anything else. One manager had her daughter bring a missing item to a customer's house before they even got home, which was very thankful for all the extra service. Another lady named Tiff has an amazing personality, always greeting with smiles and laughter, and James did a fabulous job making food that was hot and fresh and delicious. However, the food is decent fast food fair, but inside there was food on the floor and the places to sit were not wiped down. Customers should still CHECK UR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW, as orders can be missing items like the 2 slides in a box that only had fries and a cookie, or burnt chicken. There are two managers that are nice, but the rest are there to get paid.
