“Not Springfield, but just across the river in Nixa near the first stop light the Baked Bean Coffee shop is a must try! In addition to a great coffee and drinks selection, breakfast and lunch selections, the desserts are the best you will find! If you love carrot cake, they make the BEST!! I have tried carrot cake across 3 states and have never been pleased. Baked Bean's carrot cake is above and beyond. Not overly sweet, very moist, and you can actually see carrots! The frosting is the best cream cheese icing I have ever had. It is light and not overly sweet and fatty tasting like most cream cheese icing - delicious!! This was my sister's birthday cake and let's just say the tray was scrapped clean even by the non-dessert eaters!“

This location offers a variety of options from home goods to children's clothing. The staff was really friendly and the young man at the check out was really helpful when I asked him about size options in women's clothing. I have lots of friends and family coming into town for the holiday so I'm excited to bring them here....we love thrifting.“
