The bearded guy working the counter was super friendly and helpful with a lot of charisma. Truly perfect biscuits. You absolutely have to try a side of the mac and cheese while you’re here. The troost juice is perfect to wash everything down. The mac and cheese was indulgent and creamy and the chicken and bacon jam added a satisfying saltiness. The mac and cheese balls were crispy and gooey at the same time. The vibe felt friendly and unpretentious.
