Starbucks in Ofallon

“All around just a good location between the cleanliness the atmosphere and the staff. I come here even when I'm not working but today I helped get a car out of the drive-thru that was stuck and the staff was absolutely professional and very nice. Typically I have a manager or a staff member coming out side and barking at me demanding to know how long it's going to take but all I was greeted with was smiles and a good morning. Thank you so much for the iced coffee!“

“I hate coffee, and I've never been to a coffee shop, and I have terrible anxiety, but someone gave me a gift card. I walked in and kinda just stood there. A woman (I think her name tag said Selena) approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her I'd never ordered anything and didn't know what their words meant, and I just wanted hot chocolate. She walked me up to the counter and helped me place my order. She was really nice and patient. She also taught me what mocha meant. It was up really fast, and it was really good. Really chocolatey— a little bitter, kinda like dark chocolate, but good dark chocolate.“

“I usually avoid Starbucks because I am not a huge fan of the coffee and the food is usually over priced. I needed a coffee hit with needing to get some work done tonight so I stopped in at this location. I have never engaged a friendlier staff than at this Starbucks! The majority of my interactions with staff at Starbucks are with disinterested zombies. NOT here- the gentleman who took my order was energetic and engaging. The other staff member working the counter was very friendly as well. Very impressed and hooeful that Starbucks is making some training changes when it comes to staff training.“

“I love Starbucks and this location did not disappoint. The people were friendly and really attended to all the customers. Due to their highway access, it was REALLY busy the morning I went. I'd recommend ordering from the app ahead of time because they were trying to get those drinks out extremely promptly.“
