“I pulled in the drive-through at about 9:50 PM on Black Friday. I was the only car in the drive-through, but I only saw two cars in the parking lot that look like were employee cars. Meaning they were probably very short staffed. I ordered an empanada because I am so glad that they brought them back, a tostada and a taco. I waited quite a while, but the woman working at the drive-through window was so nice, polite, informative, apologetic, and made the wait not matter to me at all. I offered to pull around as a line had formed behind me, but she said no it was fine. A little while later, she did ask me to go ahead and pull around, but quickly brought my food out to me. I have to add it freezing cold outside tonight and she was very gracious, bringing my food to the car. You guys did a great job!“

“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “These guys are spectacular!!! As a truck driver, it’s difficult for us to find food late in the evenings… I stopped here for the night and was hungry, but the lobby was closed. Called and was told to walk up to the drive through (McDonald’s and Burger King forbid this). Great people with even better service“
