Great people to deal with. Great rental boats. Had a great experience.
Rented a pontoon a month ago, called and confirmed how I needed to pick it up. The person supposed to meet us never showed, called and left several voicemails for 2 days and no one answers, no call back. Several people were dealing with the same issue. Sign says closed. I guess I’ll be having my credit card company get my refund for me.
Fantastic experience renting a 25’ pontoon boat from this marina! It was ready for us first thing in the morning with life vests for all of our guests, including 2 children. We had a great day on the lake!!

Based on the available reviews, Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina Boat Rental offers beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks and nice areas for picnics with family and friends, plus a swimming area and a boat ramp. The facility is always nice with an easy launch and retrieve due to a nearly 360 degree wind block. The shop has what is needed and some fun things. Parking includes an option to leave a trailer long term for a respectable fee. The staff provides excellent service. One employee was knowledge about the boats, which rental fit specific needs, and provided a small boat lesson. Another employee explained everything an infrequent boater should know and was tolerant when customers were a little bit late to get back to the dock, all with a smile. A different employee went to great lengths to help with a boat problem after the marina office closed, getting a boat and helping customers get back to the boat trailer. Another employee stayed after closing to help fix a boat and get a family out of a very unfortunate situation.
