Despite some cost-cutting measures affecting the overall experience, the Frisco melt remains amazing. The service, however, has room for improvement, with some staff members venting loudly in front of customers. While the food is consistently good, the atmosphere can be dampened by disruptive behavior from certain employees. Overall, the restaurant provides a great selection of tasty food options, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. With attentive servers like Sue, the dining experience can still be enjoyable, despite occasional disruptions from disgruntled staff members like Callie.
