This location SUCKS. I never learn to stop in Springfield instead, any special order (no onions) is always jacked. Came by tonight in the ice on the way home and needed the bathroom, lobby closes at 11 but doors were locked at 5 til. When asking the girl at drive thru she was rude, saying it was after 11, but it wasn't when I tried the door. If you try to call to complain they never answer the phone, serious MANAGEMENT issues here.

I waited in holding while at least 5 other people got their food before me just for two overcooked and burnt sausage biscuits.
