We complimented the salads with house made bread and a fried zucchini appetizer. They were both so good that I forgot to take the photo until we were almost finished with the zucchini. This was our first visit to Salvatore’s and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent wait staff, nice atmosphere, and fair prices. We’ll be back soon to try more dishes!“

“My husband and I celebrated our 43rd Anniversary at Char last night. Everything was wonderful, in my opinion!! My steak was cooked as requested since I'm on a low sodium diet. “So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.“

“Absolutely recommend 100%. The food was amazing. Came out super fast but fresh. We ordered 3 tamahawk steaks, a molcajete and a my mom ordered a chicken dish. All 8 of us and the 2 kids loved everything. The service was top notch as well!! We will definitely return.“

“We went here for my wife’s birthday dinner. It is a very popular place and we enjoyed it and our server. Atmosphere was very friendly and so were the staff. My wife had the ribeye, broccoli with cheese and loaded baked potato. I don’t remember the last time that she ordered and eat a steak that size as well every thing else on her plate! Her steak was done as she requested. I had the top sirloin and half a rack of ribs, also baked potato and red beans with rice. It was delicious and perfect blend of each. We will be back for another dinner or lunch. The restaurant was so busy and so many places to sit, I didn’t want to impose on the guests to take more pictures.“

“Couldn’t be seated in patio, reserved (says hostess)…. What’s up with that, no one showed up. I went out there after no one showed up there after a couple hours (brunette bartender had no answers, thought I was being rude asking about it being open, so had an attitude, said “well, you can go out there but you won’t have service.” Great attitude, right? Ginger bartender and server Faith made up for it. Those two were great.“

“Had our office summer party at Andy Bs last night. Brooklyn was our personal hostess. She was also our bar tender and server. That women worked her a** off for us. our drinks never went dry. our food came out great! and all in all. She was a major factor if not the key factor as to why we were able to enjoy ourselves. Brooklyn if you get to see this. Thank you again for everything you did. We all had an amazing time. Our only complaint about this place is that the arcade section could use with some expanding. We all got cards that gave us an hours worth of play for free. you just couldn't get any tickets with that. that is fine and all but when you only have 4 or 5 games that don't give tickets that are good. It's kind of hard to enjoy ourselves doing that. Side note. Laser tag was a blast!! and you get to go down in the basement and have a whole area for it. that was great as well. “I have recently been diagnosed with Alpha gal syndrome. I spoke to three different employees as I went through the line and they all knew what I was talking about and they helped me pick out food it wouldn't make me sick. Even though they were young they had a lot of knowledge so somebody is definitely paying attention. I had a delicious spicy grilled chicken sandwich with their chips which are not fried and the same oil they fry any beef in at all. Everything was delicious and healthy and fresh thank you Grotto I will be coming back for more“
