When we were led to our table, I noticed every booth had badly ripped seating, including he booth we were seated at. It was uncomfortable sitting on ripped upholstery. Went to use the bathroom and the women’s room was out of toilet paper and paper towels, which is interest a common oversight, but there were employees sitting outside the kitchen just looking at their phones. The place just feels messy and I likely won’t return.“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“My husband and I celebrated our 43rd Anniversary at Char last night. Everything was wonderful, in my opinion!! My steak was cooked as requested since I'm on a low sodium diet. The Char salad was so much better than I expected! Our server, Justin, did over and beyond to make our dinner a great time.“

“So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.“

“Absolutely recommend 100%. The food was amazing. Came out super fast but fresh. We ordered 3 tamahawk steaks, a molcajete and a my mom ordered a chicken dish. All 8 of us and the 2 kids loved everything. The service was top notch as well!! We will definitely return.“

I spoke to three different employees as I went through the line and they all knew what I was talking about and they helped me pick out food it wouldn't make me sick. Even though they were young they had a lot of knowledge so somebody is definitely paying attention. I had a delicious spicy grilled chicken sandwich with their chips which are not fried and the same oil they fry any beef in at all. “Longhorn in Branson is quickly becoming our main steakhouse! The Outback Ribeye is always seasoned perfectly and its enough to split even. We frequently will split and just add another side, saving overall with less leftovers. The prices overall compare to other steakhouses in town, but the generous portions and quality put it above in my opinion. The service has always been great! Overall, we love it and frequent Longhorn regularly!“

“We love Marcos! The only negative with our order today (and this feels nitpicky) is that we didn’t get our garlic cup with our order. We opted for no crust hopper because we were getting the garlic cup. So not having it was disappointing but honestly the pizza is still great.“

I went out there after no one showed up there after a couple hours (brunette bartender had no answers, thought I was being rude asking about it being open, so had an attitude, said “well, you can go out there but you won’t have service.” Great attitude, right? Ginger bartender and server Faith made up for it. Those two were great.“
