Definitely a mess. The person in charge...while being focused on what they were trained to do......did not understand why their instructions were not welcome nor needed. Training to deal with dynamic situations is a must. Trust is needed between employee and employer.
This location has very nice staff. I didn't get her name but she has shorter blonde hair. We did have a little wait, and we were missing the birthday girls order. But staff was very polite.

The older lady who has worked at Taco Bell for years is awesome. Who would I wanted was an easily found on their new self ordering system, and she took care of ordering for me.Food came out on only a few minutes and was delicious. Only didn’t give five stars because it was really cold inside the building. It was winter, but it felt like the heat wasn’t on.
