The person taking my order acted like she did not want to be there. She didn't smile at all. Sandwich did come out fast though! It was probably the worst sandwich I have had from Arby's. Roast beef was tough and fatty! This sandwich had barbecue sauce on it. I don't recommend that one!
The employee that was working the counter order was not very polite. When we ordered our food, he took it, then took a personal phone call while ordering and just walked away with a line of people. Finally another employee came over and finished the order for us and the people in line. This was on 24 Mar. 2023 at 2:09pm. Very unprofessional
