Fetterman's is a Platte City favorite of our family. The owners are good people with strong ties to the community. Products used are fresh and high quality. Anyone that has had a bad experience needs to understand it is not the norm. Sometimes mistakes are made.
BTW their breakfast options are very good and well priced. I hate to let out the secret, but the biscuits and gravy are top notch. Get them while they last. They go fast.

Waited for an extended time to get my sandwich. 3 other customers came in after me and all received their food before me. After a while the man asked if I was waiting for something. He did not seem to believe I had ordered a sandwich as ‘he had no ticket’. The lady who took my order was standing next to him. I refused a free sandwich as not only the service was horrible, but I was offended by the man questioning me having actually ordered. If you cannot handle 3 or 4 customers...read full review
