“Our group of 14 had lunch today and it was excellent. Our server Donna is fantastic! Amazingly she is the only server working there but still managed to keep our water and tea glasses topped off. This woman is a dynamo! We knew that with a group as large as ours it would be a bit of a wait but the food was worth waiting for!“

“AMAZING! I'm an east-coast guy living in the Midwest who's been looking for a great place for fresh seafood (sorry Red Lobster) for over 6 years. This diamond in the rough exceeded my expectations. While the majority of the US can't even find a place that serves King Crab (due to supply and demand escalated cost), I found a place that not only has it but has it at a very reasonable price. I had 1/2 lb King Crab, 1/2 lb Snow Crab, and 1/2 lb of shrimp. We must have been there for over an hour while I picked out every piece of crab meat. The way the dish came out was neat (I won't ruin the surprise). I also highly recommend the sweet potato fries. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars!“

“We had them cater for our wedding and got nothing but compliments on the food. They were ready to serve as soon as we told them we were ready. We had five boxes of leftover catfish and chicken to take home at the end of the night. Very reasonably priced. We’ve been to other events they’ve catered as well and they never disappoint. “I visited Don Chuy's in Lee's Summit last week for the first time, I had combination fajitas that were well seasoned and generous portion of everything. Zion served me at the bar. Very quick friendly service. I went back today for taco Tuesday, served by Luis, who did a great job. I was greeted both times by the owner who was welcoming. I recommend this restaurant and will return soon.“

“This location was going downhill in recent years months and service at best was slow and mediocre. However recently there is a new ,what I believe to be as a manager and service is amazing WHEN SHE IS THERE, and food is fresh and fast,again when she is there
There is a different attitude and atmosphere in this store since Amber was added as well as the store looking and smelling cleaner
Great choice Captain D’s in bringing her on board. Myself and my family have been repeat customers since she has arrived and we even ask when she will be there. Previously when there was an issue the other managers were rude as if we bothered them. She smiles ALL THE TIME! wish more were like her“

“I love their food and service. We go out of our way to have their food. Never had any problems with service always polite. I love the fact that if you order something "spicy" it has some spice, not burn your mouth hot,
but just some spice to let you know there is such a thing. Wouldn't mind a little more spice but pretty happy with what is there. General Tso is very good, I recommend anything from the "spicy" side.“

“My husband and I have been regularly eating at Red Lobster for 25+ years, but we have only just introduced our 3 kids to it. Jaylon McClintock was our server on 5/25/25 amd he is one of the best servers I EVER had. I'm not just saying at Red Lobster, but of anywhere. He was incredibly kind and patient with our group of 6, 3 if which were kids. He was able to anticipate needs the specifically related to kids that I have not experienced with other servers. I made sure to tell him before we left that he is truly good at what he does, and when he asked me to do this survey, I didn't hesitate to say yes. Jaylon was the piece that elevated our experience.
