“They never have a long line in the drive thru and the food is so great. I love the Cinnabon they have. I miss that 5 piece they only have 2 and 12 now which is 2 not enough and 12 is to many but 5 was perfect. I love the 5$, 7$ & 9$ boxes. I miss the 7 dollar box having nachos now they got cinnamon twist instead. But good service and very fast and accurate.“
“The gentleman preparing the food and the gentleman at the window taking payment and giving us our food we're very kind. I had many questions regarding their frozen drinks due to having a 7 year old with me and my older Aunt. He was very patient and kind. Explained all the flavors and tastes to them. They were both just very friendly and professional.“
“On Friday, we dined in at the Taco Bell Westwood location (near Walmart), and overall, the experience was pleasant. The food was served fresh and hot, which was a step up from our recent visits to the Southside location. The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient, making for a smooth dining experience.
However, I was disappointed with the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. They’ve changed significantly since their introduction years ago. Previously, they were fluffy, thick, well-seasoned, and coated, but this time, they resembled plain frozen potatoes tossed in the fryer. For $2.79, the portion size felt noticeably small and didn’t justify the price. I hope Taco Bell considers revisiting this recipe to restore its former quality.
Despite this, the rest of the meal was satisfying, and we appreciated the overall improvement compared to our Southside experiences. We’ll likely return to this location but may skip the potatoes next time.“
