Taco Bell in Jonesboro

“Arguably the best Taco Bell in town.
Besides the little bit of a wait to order, the service was fast even when they were busy! My food came out fresh. It was hot enough I had to wait for it to cool down before I could take a bite. The employees were very polite, telling everyone to have a great day as they received their food.“

“Just me and the hubby so we opted for a quick meal. We got there and it was kinda backed up.. nothing unusual as I joked about they probably only have like 2 people working because folks called in not wanting to work since tomorrow is the 4th and all. We finally get up to the menu board and were asked to please give them a moment, no problem we were not in any hurry! The lady comes back and gets our info (mobile order) very nice lady asks us to pull around. We requested that our Mexican pizza to be bagged alone and she said sure no problem! We get to the window and she thanked us for being so patient and of course we said no problem! She explained there were only 3 people working! I felt so bad for them because not everyone was going to be so nice unfortunately. Anyhow, we get our food and let me tell you!! Those 3 working tonight had it going on! Everything we “customized” was PERFECT! Our food was fresh and hot!! Best Taco Bell we have had in years!! I’m talking like back in the early 90s when they had taco salads good! So I had to come here and brag on the 3 person crew who worked the evening shift on July 3, 2025 because they were awesome!!!“

“This combination spot is perfect when you can't decide what you want because you can get crispy fried chicken and cheesy tacos all at the same time. I love that I can grab a bucket of chicken for the family but still add on a few burritos or a frozen Baja Blast for myself. It is a very convenient place for a quick meal on the go, and the service is usually pretty fast even when the drive-thru is busy. The seating area is casual and bright, making it an easy place to sit down for a messy, delicious lunch. Whether you are craving spicy Mexican flavors or classic comfort food, it is great having so many choices in one building.“
