“I visited this location yesterday and I must say my experience was amazing…..my food was hot and fresh and I got it super quick….A big shout to the GM who made my husband and I feel welcome….and the entire crew…..we most definitely will be back!!!!!“

“I'm not generally a big fan of TACO BELL anymore due, I think, to age BUT, 8 must admit my visit for lunch today, as well as a few times in visits to the area for the past couple of months, had been exceptional for the chain. I complement all is the staff for the quality and consistency of the food and the cleanliness of the food.

However, I must give special cudos to Miss Marilyn who is the one that works the front counter most often and is the face and hospitality 'director' for the location. She constantly welcomes us and makes sure our needs and wants are met. She is exceptional to the personnel that I usually encounter at TB's that I have visited in recent years. She should be honored for her attitude and efforts to make sure every customer is pleased and eager to return.“

“Close to my job and this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ran across. I've never had an issue with the customer service and I've never had an order that felt like they cheated me out of meat and toppings like I've experienced with other Taco Bells over the years.“

“I go here a lot. If this is the one on Elvis Presley near Winchester. It was horrible when I tried the new doube-pack chulupa. It's like they dropped it in a fryer for too long. My chulupa was burnt like a taco. When I went to the one in Elvis Presley next to Hook's. They made it just like it looked on TV. It was great.“

“food is usually always right even when I make modifications, today on 04/06/25 an older white lady who worked the drive through was extremely polite and immediately told me the food might be able because she had to wait for the fryers to come back up and she offered me a drink while I waited.“

“Look, it's Taco Bell so you know what you're getting. But we went through the drive through and it was fast and the people were nice. Then the burritos we ordered were very hot and fresh, just like the cheese in the chips and cheese side we got. So they earned 5 stars even though it's just Taco Bell. “This taco bell is fine, but consistently make mistakes with our orders, most recently they gave us half the straws we needed, put lettuce on my girlfriends tacos that were special ordered without lettuce, and forgot the sour cream in my beefy 5 layer.“

“Can't go wrong with KFC and Taco Bell. The only had part is to get the kids to make up their mind.

Vegetarian options: I'm not vegan yet but they have great options.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and toys who says no to that.

Parking: Good parking execution for a small lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair accessible lot like 4 parking spots and 2 ramps“

“I wasn't a fan of the newly shrunken taco salad but, thankfully, the only change was the size. The new size is perfect for portion management. The flavor is spot on. The drive-thru was free flowing and clear of debris. The staff was friendly and neat in appearance.“
