Taco Bell in Memphis

“Update: I went back today 9/4/26 at 11:20am and there was a different person at the window and they were completely pleasant and efficient.

This was actually my favorite Taco Bell but the last time I came here the same lady has been extremely rude to me. The last time i came there I was at the counter looking at my phone waiting my food and I heard her say this lady keeps staring at me she need her food. I looked around and I’m the only lady in there. She handed me my food and I didn’t leave because I didn’t get my drinks. She said what do you want I said may I have my drinks please and she just looked so agitated that I even bothered to ask. Today I went through the drive through window and accidentally pulled too far away from the window I guess and she was like oh lord you pulled entirely too far away and proceeded to gripe about me after closing the window. I used to love the workers in there but now I think I’ll try another location. She’s too hostile for me.“

“I go here a lot. If this is the one on Elvis Presley near Winchester. It was horrible when I tried the new doube-pack chulupa. It's like they dropped it in a fryer for too long. My chulupa was burnt like a taco. When I went to the one in Elvis Presley next to Hook's. They made it just like it looked on TV. It was great.“

“Today was $1 Mexican Pizza Day. This team was awesome. They were jammed packed , drive thru and Inside. They were fast, friendly and professional. Everyone was courteous. Our order came out hot and fresh. This entire location needs recognition from the District Manager & Corporate Office. Give this team acknowledgment. We appreciate them and their hard work.

Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Cole“

“my girl Kahlea in the window and spoke to me through the intercom was the NICEST human i’ve ever met. She was very patient with me when I gave her my super weird order and was the sweetest in the window. please give this girl a raise. she obviously has a very positive attitude and i can only imagine how far that goes when working a fast food drive thru. i’m almost positive that she is looked up to, because everyone needs to be a Kahlea!!! TACO BELL GIVE MY GIRL A RAISEEEE SHES AMAZING!!!!“

“I had Dennis as my cashier in the drive thru. He is a great representative for Taco Bell. He greets the customers with such a positive attitude and mood. It's enjoyable to spend my money when he's working. His pleasurable attitude is something that's missing in most fast food restaurants. I asked for his name to write this review.. Thank you Dennis.“

“Milton at KnightArnold/Mendenhall location provided OUTSTANDING customer service. This isnt often said regarding drive thru orders, but he was just that attractive, thorough, and pleasant that it had to be acknowledged. And my Mexican Pizza was great too“

“The employees are amazing. They make us feel like family. They're so sweet to us everytime we go in there. Any time our order has been wrong they have politely fixed it for me. Other places I would have gotten a attitude. They're amazing in that store.“

“Irecently visited Taco Bell and had a great experience. The food was good, fresh, and exactly what ordered. The service was kind and friendly the whole time, and my order was ready on time. Overall, everything was smooth and satisfying. definitely be coming back!“

“The taco bell @ germantown rd & 64 has GREAT customer service, food is always hot , everyone is always so kind and helpful.
I cant leave multiple reviews , so ill do this.
We are here alot, and every time we have had great service. We are here so much they know my name, my husband & granddaughter love taco bell. Please dont take away the managers or staff they are great! They need some raises.“

“I'm not generally a big fan of TACO BELL anymore due, I think, to age BUT, 8 must admit my visit for lunch today, as well as a few times in visits to the area for the past couple of months, had been exceptional for the chain. I complement all is the staff for the quality and consistency of the food and the cleanliness of the food.

However, I must give special cudos to Miss Marilyn who is the one that works the front counter most often and is the face and hospitality 'director' for the location. She constantly welcomes us and makes sure our needs and wants are met. She is exceptional to the personnel that I usually encounter at TB's that I have visited in recent years. She should be honored for her attitude and efforts to make sure every customer is pleased and eager to return.“

“Can't go wrong with KFC and Taco Bell. The only had part is to get the kids to make up their mind.

Vegetarian options: I'm not vegan yet but they have great options.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and toys who says no to that.

Parking: Good parking execution for a small lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair accessible lot like 4 parking spots and 2 ramps“

“Angelo was so very kind!!! Very delightful!!! Hats off to you Angelo!!!!!!! What a wonderfully attitude you have!!!!! I haven't had this much kindness in years at ANY fast food establishment!!!!
It's people like Angelo that make this world go round in the correct way it should!!!!!!!!!“

“Close to my job and this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ran across. I've never had an issue with the customer service and I've never had an order that felt like they cheated me out of meat and toppings like I've experienced with other Taco Bells over the years.“

“I went to this restaurant for lunch today and ordered a taco and a chicken ranch stacker. I just wanted to compliment whoever was on the line. This was excellent. The portions was on point and the sauces portions were on point!! Everything was so fresh! Thank you so much!!“

“Who doesn’t like Taco Bell?! One of my favorite fast food places. Today I had the supreme beef burrito no sour cream, and the crunchy taco. Good food and good service. Can’t beat the price! I stop by here often. They also make a good Mexican pizza, and love the dorito taco.“

“food is usually always right even when I make modifications, today on 04/06/25 an older white lady who worked the drive through was extremely polite and immediately told me the food might be able because she had to wait for the fryers to come back up and she offered me a drink while I waited.“

“I wasn't a fan of the newly shrunken taco salad but, thankfully, the only change was the size. The new size is perfect for portion management. The flavor is spot on. The drive-thru was free flowing and clear of debris. The staff was friendly and neat in appearance.“

“I didn’t catch her name but she has a burnt orange ponytail and her personality and attitude was just as bright. Food was hot and fresh and everything including napkins were in the bag. This is how an experience should be when dealing with customer service“

“10/10 experience! The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was fast, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s always nice to have a great meal while also being treated well by the people working there. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“This taco bell is fine, but consistently make mistakes with our orders, most recently they gave us half the straws we needed, put lettuce on my girlfriends tacos that were special ordered without lettuce, and forgot the sour cream in my beefy 5 layer.“

“Was just there around 1:00 pm 10/14/2025. I just had to send a review I really don’t send reviews but the young lady that to my order Jerrica was really nice. From me placing the order to getting it I mean everyone that was working up front was so friendly. Want to give a shout out to the manager that was on at the time you and your team that was working with you, are the best. Keep up the good work.“

“I always have an amazing experience at Taco Bell when Jordan is working. He goes over and beyond to get the orders right and he’s always working by himself while maintaining a professional attitude never disappoints. Anthony C was working cleaning this is why I love this location. Keep up the great work guys❤️“
