“I go here a lot. If this is the one on Elvis Presley near Winchester. It was horrible when I tried the new doube-pack chulupa. It's like they dropped it in a fryer for too long. My chulupa was burnt like a taco. When I went to the one in Elvis Presley next to Hook's. They made it just like it looked on TV. It was great.“

Usually location a hit or miss but whoever made the food or was cooking this day made everything perfectly. Everything was fresh, all the customizations were accommodated for, and all add ons were on the food.
First time I’ve went to a Taco Bell and had a perfect order, thank you to the cook!“
“I'm not generally a big fan of TACO BELL anymore due, I think, to age BUT, 8 must admit my visit for lunch today, as well as a few times in visits to the area for the past couple of months, had been exceptional for the chain. I complement all is the staff for the quality and consistency of the food and the cleanliness of the food.
However, I must give special cudos to Miss Marilyn who is the one that works the front counter most often and is the face and hospitality 'director' for the location. She constantly welcomes us and makes sure our needs and wants are met. She is exceptional to the personnel that I usually encounter at TB's that I have visited in recent years. She should be honored for her attitude and efforts to make sure every customer is pleased and eager to return.“

“Most meat I've ever had in Taco Bell food before! Food was hot and order was accurate. The new hot sauce Deablos (sp?) was out today and it wasn't too spicy but a nice variety. Will visit again but probably just the drive thru to get out of town faster.“
“I wasn't a fan of the newly shrunken taco salad but, thankfully, the only change was the size. The new size is perfect for portion management. The flavor is spot on. The drive-thru was free flowing and clear of debris. The staff was friendly and neat in appearance.“

“I visited the Poplar loc. drive thru 02/14; when I was asked for my order the cashier, Jeremy, informed me of a change in the menu item I was requesting. He was very helpful when it came to the changing of the order. The staff was extremely friendly, very social/personable, great attitudes. Still the occasional missing item on a mobile order, which is my usual method of ordering, but can definitely notice an improvement.Was very surprised today when they apologized for long wait (I didn't feel it was particularly long) and even offerede small coupon gesture, which I had no idea they even did.So whatever methods they're doing to increase the customer facing service, it's working.“
“Today I am giving this 5 star rating to one employee at store #32326. This employee's name is Mario. This evening I ordered off of the Taco Bell app because I finally decided to download it due to the previous experiences I've had at this location. My order was a bit large due to my spouse and I liking variety and usually making 2 meals out of anything we eat. I was emailed that it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I arrive at the location and my spouse goes inside. It usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes (sometimes less). This time it seemed a bit longer. As my spouse returns, he gets into the vehicle and says that we are never coming back to this location again. Apparently, our order was not ready in the 10 minutes. According to him, there was only one gentleman preparing our order. This is where Mario comes in. As I go over what we ordered in the vehicle, we find we are missing an item. So in i go, promising not to have an attitude with the staff. I inform them I am missing an item as well as question the size of a large fiesta fry. Mario comes straight to the counter, apologizes, and gets right to correcting our order. His positive attitude and willingness to correct his own mistake, on top of showing my spouse his eagerness to please the customer, is what gives this location a 5 star review. Not the food, not the atmosphere, and certainly not the other employees standing around looking for direction, but Mario. HE EARNED THIS REVIEW. Thank you sir for taking care of us. You are appreciated.“
