“Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step 👟 to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty 🤴 in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. I rolled up groggy and in desperate need of a life reset, and within minutes, I had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in my hands that could fix just about anything—bad mornings, broken hearts, questionable life choices.

The biscuit? Flaky and buttery like it was baked by angels. The bacon? Crispy perfection. The egg? Fluffy like it just woke up from the best nap ever. And let’s not forget the cheese, which melted so beautifully, it could’ve starred in its own romance movie.

“I wanted to shout out Ken at the Lee Summit location. He was so kind when I called and said my food didn’t get delivered even though it say it was. He quickly made the order again and had it sent out. He even took the time to call once the notification came in saying it was delivered just to ensure we got our dinner. “Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move“

“It's a Panera, and surely we all know by now what a Panera is.
With one caveat: I've been in many Panera locations that feel cozy and intimate even. This one has all the atmosphere of a Subway sandwich shop, which is to say... Not much. That said, if you're grabbing takeout or having something delivered, why would you care about the atmosphere?
The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and prepared so quickly that I was concerned I was taking somebody else's order.“
