“This visit was probably the longest I've ever waited in a drive through line here, but it was still quicker than just about any other drive-through you can visit so still 5 stars (I think Culver's is the only one that can compete on speed). My only issue with Chick-Fil-A is they are so consistently good at everything that any tiny hiccup or wait makes me wonder what is going on. Keep up the amazing work, it's always a pleasure to eat or pick up food here!“

“Ok folks this place is awesome! The long wait is over. It sure didn't disappoint on the service and pub food. The food is outstanding. Hats off to the cook or cooks! The menu has excellent pub grub. Not bar food at all. Fresh and delicious. I had the Chili Cheese Dog. The dog was excellent and would love to know where they buy them! The chili was made from scratch! Best chili cheese dog I have eaten. The pizza come in all serving sizes and looked delicious. The bar staff is engaging and are actually happy to see you! My new spot!“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“2 days I in a row I ordered delivery (from a block away) and it was never delivered by door dash. Stacey the manger saw to it that my order was not just corrected but delivered by her own staff. The second day it was delivered by STACEY herself. If that isn't customer service I do t know what is. The food was delicious and delivered with care. She was FANTASTIC! “Just came from the Douglas location. The food was delicious and the place was very clean. The .most impressive was the casher McKayla. She waited on a customer who it sounded like spoke broken English and was very particular about she wanted
McKayla was so polite and never got upset. She was like that with all customers that we saw. Give that great employee a raise.“

“I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move“
