I arrived near the end of the day, straight from the airport after a trip from California, to meet my family. Unfortunately, the chef had decided to close the kitchen early, which meant nearly half the menu wasn’t available. While that could’ve soured the experience, the staff turned it into something truly memorable.Our server, Jennifer, was an absolute gem. She was kind, apologetic, and went above and beyond to ensure we still felt taken care of despite the limited options. Her warmth and effort made all the difference. Then, the manager on duty, Matt, stopped by to personally apologize as well. His professionalism and genuine kindness shone through—he was more concerned about us not having the perfect experience than anything else. Both Jennifer and Matt are invaluable assets to this place; they’re the kind of people who make you feel like you matter. The food we did get was delicious, but honestly, the service was the star of the show. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to making things right. “Lovely meal. Salmon salad was excellent, maybe a little too much dressing. Parmesan crusted chicken was delicious and beautifully plated. The onky issue is, its too cold. I'm always cold so I take a coat and put it on inside. My husband is never cold and was wishing he had brought a jkt.“
