“I work as the Event Coordinator for Ozark Center in Joplin. We celebrated our 60th Anniversary as a company this February and held a large banquet with a guest list that we wanted to impress. We did so with the help of Shakers. They have great business etiquette, wonderful and professional staff, and the drinks were amazing. Thank you Shakers!”

“Best street tacos around!!! This is the only place that I know of that put sliced, grilled onions on their soft tacos. This makes a big difference on the taste as opposed to uncooked chopped white onions. Give them a try!”

“First time trying this place and I have to say I was very impressed. We got extra spicy general chicken, cashew chicken, and crab rangoons. Chicken was lightly breaded, not super thick and hard like most places. It was also fresh and tender. That alone gives them a top rating in my book, given how most small Chinese places have hard to cut, over breaded, chewy chicken. Both sauces were good, egg rolls were good, and the crab rangoons were good. For the price I have nothing to complain about and will be back.”

“This Saturday was my first time getting to go to the new location, when I pulled in the parking lot it was so full that I assumed there was an event going on at the event center in the same complex, but there wasn’t. Everyone there was for Black Lab! I was then concerned we might not have enough time to get coffee and make it to our destination on time but my wife was in and out in under 5 minutes! Was faster than waiting in a drive thru! If it seems busy don’t be intimidated by the line, they know how to move it and take care of as many guest possible while still giving exceptional service along with great tasting fresh coffee!”

Parking: Plenty of room for parking, I really didn't think my food was going to be good, not much of a fan for Italian food. But my dinner was the BOMB!

“Always a favorite of mine. Senior drinks $.25 and frosties which I have purchased kiosk for are my draw card. Dave's sandwich is my favorite item to purchase.
Hint: for Seniors, if you want a sandwich don't get the meal plan but just your sandwich plus a junior fry plus senior drink and free with kiosk for frosties, saves you a couple of dollars.”

“There was a blonde girl, a brown haired girl and a young man working tonight. Normally I don’t write reviews but the way one of them was acting pissed me off. The blonde girl looked like she was just doing everything she could to help the situation. And the young man was running around helping out. They all looked very busy and we are very understanding people but this was just ridiculous. My mom order a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and said she didn’t even really want it blended. When we pulled up to the window they started handing us the blizzards and when we got hers it had no cookie dough in it at all. I even digged to see if there was any and there was nothing. We told the blonde that it doesn’t have anything in it and she took it back and you could tell she was talking to the girl with the brown hair about it and she was acting like we was being ridiculous... saying she put cookie dough in it. like we paid for extra and even had certain things we asked for it? Plus I order cheese curds and got onion rings and French fries. They even told us it would be a 6 min wait for cheese curds and they didn’t even put them in there and the brown haired girl was the one that checked the bag... I understand it was my fault that I didn’t check the bag before we left but it’s like come on.... Like I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I’m sorry but the way she acted and everything she needs a awakening because she isn’t gonna make it far in that industry if she isn’t gonna admit her wrong and be more of a people person. I made so many mistakes in the restaurant industry but everyone does! The way you respond MATTERS! The best way I was told was your attitude and behavior affects your technique. The blonde remade my moms blizzard and it was amazing! Exactly what she asked for and the blonde was so sweet! She showed amazing behavior, awesome attitude and great technique.”

“I LOVE this restaurant when I order I always have to get extra crabagoons soooooo good and I always have gotten way more than my moneys worth and you'd think that you have to wait awhile but no I had to order 10 meals for a party and I had to wait ten minutes not at all long for a 10 orders. I recommend this restaurant and I respect them”
