Meriwether Cafe and Bike Shop is a lively spot with a patio vibe, allowing dogs and offering a view of the KT trail. Despite getting busy on weekends, it's worth the visit. They serve a good selection of well-made meals, including a massive breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, and freshly baked bread. Fresh baked goods and affordable bike rentals are also available. Customers enjoy the solid coffee, excellent food, good service, and great atmosphere. The shaded outdoor seating and pleasant indoor seating with a vintage theme are also highlights. The Patty Melt and Lavender Lemonade are popular menu items. While the parking lot may be full, there is plenty of bicycle parking available. The cafe offers outstanding food like the southwest bean burger, tomato soup, and gouda grilled cheese. Delicious pastries and great coffee are also highlights. The bike shop can be busy, but the bikes are great. The atmosphere is nice and cool inside with ample shaded seating outside.
