“I was unexpectedly in the Rogersville area for several weeks recently and needed a place to work and/or decompress (depending on the hour or the day) and Storytime Coffee was perfect for both. The coffee was perfect, the pastries were too good, and the staff and service were excellent. So thankful this ministry exists in my old hometown!”

“Delicious Bread with the olive oil, Wife had the halibut and it was delicious, good portion and pleasing to look at. I had the steak it was disappointing, could fit it in my palm and it wasn’t tender or juicy enough to justify it being that small (medium rare). Had some kind of coffee cake and it was pretty good too. Service was amazing,our waitress was fantastic. The restaurant itself was on a beautiful field.”

“Order the cupcakes for special occasions and for my customers. Customers call and request I bring some now. There is a group of us that gather to watch the Chiefs games, and Brenda did a Mahomes cake. It was amazing, everyone in the group wanted to know more about where this came from, and what all she offers, so I kind of went over the menu with them. I would say lots of new customers for Brenda. :)”

How handy is this food truck!? Love it. Spotted this on Google while traveling. Pulled up, bought fantastic pizza & cheesy bread, back on road in no time. Excellent flavor,fast service.”

“Today I stopped at the Sonic in Rogersville Mo and ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke. 20 minutes later still waiting in the drive through line, watching them take drinks and food to the other vehicles behind us, I asked one of the car hops if she knew why we hadn't got our drinks . She said she would go check and see. The next thing we know this woman comes out and says Hey what's your problem. I said we were just wondering how much longer on the 2 drinks we ordered. She said they had several big orders an we would just have to wait. She was extremely rude. So I said we would just go to which she yells at me Okay have a good day. At that point because she had been and was continuing to yell and be rude I said I thank you and I will be filling a complaint. She yells I'm the manager go ahead and file a complaint while waving her arms around. We've overlooked the missing food, incorrect orders ect st this Sonic for months but that behavior is unacceptable.”

“My family has always eaten the best Chinese food, especially cashew and sweet and sour chicken, from this business. The owners are the sweetest most hard working couple I know.
I was very pleased to find out after moving out of the area. that after 25 years, they still have the high quality and flavor of their dishes. Highly recommended!!!”

“This is a Combo restaurant with Taco bell. Absolutely great staff, service and cleanliness in dining and bathrooms. I enjoyed lunch with my daughter and best friend and had a pleasant experience being able to order from either menu.”

“This was just a quick stop to buy some nuggets & small fries when getting gas, but this was a very good McDonald's with the best chicken & freshest, best tasting fries that I've had in quite awhile. 😋 Yum!”

“This is the first time I have left tacobell satisfied with the food/management usually the food is a hit and miss and if you ask for it to be remade you feel like youre asking to much tonight the buns on my chicken Littles were hard and when I went in to have them fixed the manager was really nice she fixed the problem and said they were trying to turn the store around she offered me apple pie poppers for the mistake it was a refreshing experience compared to how it usually is.”

“10 Stars!! 8/14/25 and well worth the short drive from Springfield!! The restaurant was extremely clean, comfortable, and the people there are so very nice and welcoming! We had General and Cashew Chicken (we had heard it was good), the sauce was the perfect consistency, and the egg roll and crab Rangoon were fantastic! Nothing negative whatsoever! I’ve been eating this kind of food since the mid 70’s, and I honestly think it’s the best I’ve ever had!!”
