Drive through purchaae. No napkin nor utensils provided. Called to ask if they still provide them-only with individual meals, not with family meals. I said "ok, just a friendly reminder." She hung up on me. Snarky. Customers pay her salary. Bottom line-ask for something to eat with or take your own utensils if you are driving thru.Vegetarian options: At one time vegetarian meals cost more than a chicken meal. Chicken is super good!! The sides are kinda... Meh. Edible but not very good or satisfying. Mashed potatoes have way too much pepper (or maybe that's just the gravy) and the mac n cheese tasted boxed or old or both (weird texture and very little cheese flavor). 3 stars only cause the chicken is so yummy.

The food was alright and all that, but homegirl at the counter went to pet a dog in the drive thru and went back to work without washing her hands, she was the same person who handed me my food, that didn't sit well with me.
