Service was terrible, food was good. Service was so slow and they were not attentive at all. They never asked if we needed another drink nor came over to check on us (we were sitting at the bar). Also, the bar tender was very uneducated about what seltzers they offered.

I met up with coworkers prior to a big work event and I think the place was overwhelmed by the number of people in the bar area. The server didn't really acknowledge me when I got to their table and there was plenty of dirty tables around us that nobody cleaned the entire time we were there. We had to leave the table and go to the bar to get a drink which doesn't seem ideal for the waitress (she didn't seem to care about us anyways!) Visited 1/27/2024 the first thing I noticed walking into the casino was how dirty it was! My husband and I ordered the brisket Philly (it was so greasy and I was unable to eat it) we mentioned it to the server; she asked if I wanted anything to replace it; I said no. Figured the bill would be reduced or it would be taken off but when Bill came it was full price. Unfortunately, we paid it and left. Will NEVER return to this casino again.
