Bugatti's Steak & Pasta

First time to Bugatti's. Great ambiance with regular tables as well as both regular and curved booths for more cosy eating. High tray ceilings with diffuse lighting gives a sense of intimacy and openness without allowing the noise levels to get uncomfortable. We got the prime rib and salmon, and both were excellent. The marscapone whipped potatoes were perhaps the best mashed potatoes we'd ever had. We were initially hesitant to go because it's attached to a casino, and we're not a big fan of the chaos and smoking that typically go with that. This restaurant is outside the main casino and stands alone as a gem on the first floor of the complex. Value was good, definitely not cheap but we felt the food here was better than the Ruth's Chris chain (for example) which charges considerably more. Will definitely return!

Great quality food but they started putting seasoning on it. Other visits none. Steak was butter soft and the pork chop was one of the best I've ever had.

Salad was good. Food came while eating salad. Shrimp had no flavor. Crab cakes were cold and dry. We were told the salad would could and then the rest of the order. Not true.

First we were sat at a table all the way in the back basically in the kitchen. We heard employees arguing and saw everything on how food was made, plated, etc. Not what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. My steak was mixed up with my husband's.. the Mac & cheese was so salty you couldn't eat it! Not the experience you want when paying $250.00 for 2 people to eat a meal! Probably will not go back, sad because we really liked Bugattis..

Phenomenal place! Loved the private room! Our waitress Lina (maybe on the name) was off the chart! Whatever level 111 means, she needs to be bumped to the next level for sure!! We will be back! Best bone in pork chop I have ever had!!

We embarked on our culinary journey with a Caesar salad, a dish that I found delightful, even as my wife held differing views due to an anchovy's presence.

For my main course, I chose the 12 oz Filet Mignon, which was enjoyable, though I would have embraced the opportunity to request it medium for an enhanced experience.

The broccolini with chili oil served as an excellent side, complementing the meal beautifully.

My wife selected the Amish half-chicken, from which I tasted a portion, accompanied by mashed potatoes and green beans. The chicken was satisfactory, but the mashed potatoes shone brightly as a highlight of the meal.

We had a large group celebrating birthdays and it’s been a while since our last visit to Bugattis. Everyone ordered steaks and most had to be returned to the kitchen because they were under or over cooked. Not good when spending $72 for a steak. Service was very good. Doubt we will go back when there are other steak houses around that are the same or less expensive for better quality.

Steaks were good but of the 4 sides we got, none were good and a few were inedible. Yes it is a steakhouse but overcooking the asparagus and brussel sprouts detracted from the meal. The French onion soup was incredibly sweet. Overall, we were not impressed and will not go back. Service was great but it could not make up for the food quality.

This is a great page to have dinner while at the casino. We like to sit at the bar, and the service is fantastic. Both of the bartenders are professionals and are very attentive, and can make you any drink you want.

The New York steak and the ribeye are top notch and the sides and wind by the glass compliment them well. Other dishes are fantastic too. Wine list is extensive even by the glass. Not to mention the bourbon selection for after dinner.

We stay here anytime we are flying out of St. Louis airport. Hotel is great. Casino is fun. And you can't beat this steakhouse anywhere. We have been here many times and have never been disappointed.

The crab cakes are a perfect start to the meal. The slaw and sauce are not overpowering but compliment the crab cakes perfectly. I like the new softer bread they have. The caesar salad is delicious as always. The scallops were good and the sauces over the top of the scallops were divine. The hash that comes with it was surprisingly good since it's really just peas with some tiny potatoes and a few other ingredients. You think at first the portion might be small for the price but what I find is not only is the food superb but the portion size is perfect. I typically do not leave with left overs unless I over order, which is hard not to do with so much good food. The Lobster Mac and Cheese might be a little pricey for a side BUT it is truly fantastic. It's worth trying and worth the extra $$ for the addition of the lobster. Also, always try the brussel sprouts. It's worth someone at the table getting them and sharing. The service is always exceptional. The staff is attentive, maybe sometimes too attentive by taking plates too quickly, but otherwise they are nearly perfect. I recommend spending the time and money for a nice, quiet romantic, special occasion or business dinner. If you can afford it, I would say go all the time because there always seems to be new things to try and I have never been disappointed.

Top of the line steak experience at Ameristar ! it was clean and first rate. all food was prepared as ordered. our waitress, Alison, was excellent !! though the prices are at the top of my choice. in this case, it was worth it.
