This microbrewery is the definition of local. Colorful, a bit raucous, super-friendly in a non-phony way, low-key cool in a way corporations will never grok.Oh, and the beers are top notch. Balanced, nuanced, sometimes frisky, always good-humored.
We’ve been going to Banter since they first opened, and they just keep getting better. Great beer, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and they hold fun events and music from time to time. Great neighborhood bar. They also serve wine which my non-beer drinking friends really enjoy!
Best brewery in southwest Missouri! The beers are tasty, the selections are great and the friendliness of the place is outstanding. This is Springfield's version of "Cheers".
