Always good food and service. One of our Saturday favorites!
Five stars all around, honestly. As someone who moved from Texas to Missouri several years ago, I was severely disappointed in the local Mexican cuisine, but El Gordo is INCREDIBLE. Very authentic, super delicious, and surprisingly affordable too. It's the first thing I reccomend to anyone who complains about there not being enough good local Mexican food.
Best tacos in Springfield hands down. Barbacoa tacos and the tripas 🔥🔥🔥
