We had an excellent sandwich. Shredded beef,plantains and corn bread. I don’t remember what it's called, can't wait to go back again!
I had the chicken empanadas and rice and it was insanely good food!

The portions are huge, and the yucca fries will spoil regular french fries for you. The owners are friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The restaurant is accommodating, with options for gluten-sensitive diners and a kid-friendly environment, complete with outdoor seating and play areas for children. With flat flooring and wheelchair accessibility, everyone can enjoy this gem. The space is always clean, with nice tables and umbrellas, and the staff takes pride in their craft. Don’t miss the jugo fresco's (fresh juices), a rare find in town. Great to see real flavor in Springfield Missouri. The customer service was Spectacular and made guests feel like they were at home.
