I’m currently in town for work and staying at the Doubletree right behind this place. Yesterday (Monday 2/20) I walked in and was the only one at the counter. Every person working there was wearing a headset. Not one person looked up to acknowledge the fact that I was standing at the register. I watched them take 3 orders from the drive thru and never once offer any type of greeting, or say they would be with me in a moment.
