I haven’t been here since June 2024 because of bad service and bad food but I thought I would give it another chance.
$16.99 for Carne Asada and half of it was fat.
A Gentlemen set me, same gentlemen got my drink he was vey friendly.

I don't normally write bad reviews but our experience was so bad here, I felt I had to.
We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the Nixa location and instead of cancelling our order, we decided to do the right thing and drive to pick it up. I wish we'd just have bailed on the food.

I’ve been here multiple times and have never had an issue, but this time was horrible. I requested no onions or tomatoes on my order, and after it was delivered, it took almost 18 minutes for the server to come back and check on things, and that chimichanga was packed full of onions and tomatoes. He sat down at the table and chose to watch TV for 17 minutes instead of coming to check on my food. El Puente offers an amazing atmosphere with great food and friendly service. Orders are fulfilled quickly, with hot and fresh dishes arriving promptly. The staff is attentive and welcoming, making for an excellent dining experience. Highly recommended, El Puente serves standout Mexican dishes. The enchiladas were great, with a large portion and fair price. The combo nachos were piled with meat and grilled veggies, offering perfect flavor. The carnitas was melt in your mouth pork. The fried ice cream had a yummy crunch. The service was incredible and fast, extremely friendly and efficient. They serve shrimp ceviche, which is very hard to find in this area. High ceilings are nice. Chips and salsa were good. The staff was so patient and offered waters and chips while waiting.
