Okay, this has nothing to do with this location, which I frequent often!
MY PROBLEM IS WITH PIZZA HUT CORPORATE AND THE WEB IDIOTS WHO CANNOT CREATE A WORKING APP!
INSTEAD OF FIXING THE MOBILE APP, THEY SEND ME A CHEAT SHEET WORKAROUND? REALLY?
SO, I HAVE REWARDS POINTS I CANNOT REDEEM, BECAUSE THE APP SUCKS?
I CANNOT ASK THE LOCAL HUT, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT ACCESS THE POINTS THROUGH THE APP EITHER.
SO, I WILL CONTINUE TO EAT AT PAPPOS
Ordered at 3:50pm. 20-30 min delivery time frame. At 4:30, called to see where my order was and was told that the driver was new and they did not know if he had a cell phone on him or not, but that they would check and call him and call me back. At 4:50, called again to check on the order and got the run around. Asked to cancel my order and was told they would let the manager know. Ordered my food over a hour ago. couldn’t figure out why it still hadn’t arrived and found it on the steps cold. Not in the inclosed porch just on the steps for over 30 mins. Very cool 👍🏻

The buffalo burnin' hot sauce is a popular favorite among customers. The chicken bacon melt was not good. Ordered through the app but can’t leave feedback about an order or about the app. With a variety of pizza options, including whole pies and small ones, Pizza Hut is a good choice for those in need of a meal. The staff is generally kind and accommodating, making it a reliable option for a quick bite.
