“This location has good food quality.Their technology for payment systems, microphones, speakers, and more is lacking a needed upgrade because it seems the service can't hear what we are saying, and keeps asking to repeat while having popping scratching audio. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

“Back when I first originally ordered from here for the first time back on March 1st they would have gotten a one star because the food was cold, drinks were incorrect and all around just nasty I didn't even eat my food. I called and explained to the manager what had happened and she said come in whenever and they were replace it. Fast forward over two months later because we hardly get up here and I spoke to the other manager and explained everything and she still kept their word on it as long as I could show the receipt which I did have. She could have easily had told me no that was over 2 months ago and that she was training a manager who didn't know protocol but she kept their word on it and I appreciate that. This time around the food is AMAZING 😍 they were very polite and respectful. Thank you Cindy! 1000% on customer service today!“
“Typical late night order just before close. Yes I'm sorry I know most places don't like orders at the end of the nite. Case in point....
I ordered simple sonic cheeseburger, fries and a coke at the drive thru.
As always the employees that work there are always very nice and courteous.
The young lady handed me my order and I headed home. (didn't check the order)
I get home and the fries were not even subpar. They were so cold they were not even reheatable.
So I called and the manager was super nice and gave me a free meal for another day.
I wish other Restaurants had this kind of customer care. She just fixed it and that is why I gave 4 stars. I will stick to tater tots from here on out.“
“I ordered on the app and was patiently waiting for my food when the nicest carhop came out and said they had a glitch in their system and asked what I ordered. He then promptly brought out my food. He was very apologetic about the problem with their system.“
“That was the fastest I have ever received my food at any fast food restaurant ever. So serious. I had ordered at a stall, paid with my card and within 2 minutes (probably less) my food came out hot and fresh. It also is not dead here so my jaw actually dropped. Joseph rocks!“
“I mainly go here for volleyball. The foods not bad and staff are helpful.
The court is very well maintained and even the correct height for competitive play. (Was at least)
Great place to eat, pickup volleyball and also a good playground too.“
