“Great chili dog and crinkle fries. I wish they'd bring back diet Coke with lime juice. But it's nice to enjoy fresh air in the privacy of your car.

“Back when I first originally ordered from here for the first time back on March 1st they would have gotten a one star because the food was cold, drinks were incorrect and all around just nasty I didn't even eat my food. I called and explained to the manager what had happened and she said come in whenever and they were replace it. Fast forward over two months later because we hardly get up here and I spoke to the other manager and explained everything and she still kept their word on it as long as I could show the receipt which I did have. She could have easily had told me no that was over 2 months ago and that she was training a manager who didn't know protocol but she kept their word on it and I appreciate that. This time around the food is AMAZING 😍 they were very polite and respectful. Thank you Cindy! 1000% on customer service today!“

“Sara was absolutely the best carhop me and my wife have seen in a long time. Very kind, clearly read us our order instead of not saying anything at all or just handing us our food like most carhops. “I would have given 5 stars but the guy that brought everything out was extremely rude and the drinks lids were barely on so I got tea all over me it was so bad the whole bottom of the drink carrier was drenched but I gave a 4 bcuz Alyssa was incredibly sweet and apologetic taking great care of us! So it's a 5 for her specifically!!!“
“Since this is a drive-in so you pull into a stall and look at the menu and first when you wrote down your window your blasted with the loud radio... But when you're ready to order then you get a louder voice over the stall speaker.
So you place your order and to me it's never really clear if I'm supposed to pay then or wait till someone comes out cuz sometimes I'm paying with cash or sometimes I pay with a credit card and I want to give a tip to the CarHop. (Even if you just round your order up to the nearest dollar it adds up for the car hops walking and in and out, especially in the heat of summertime and in the midwinter).
So then you're waiting for your order and a lot of times it's pretty decent but once in a while it may take a couple minutes more than it seems it should...
I really like Sonic's diet Cherry limeade with extra lime and ask them to squeeze.! Most of the time I'm satisfied if I get hot tater tots, and they're really really good with their cheese on it melted but eat them quick, they don't reheat real well at home in my opinion... I also like the Coney with onions, their onions are chopped just fried and they seem to always be fresh.
As far as locations I can't say that I really like the one on Battlefield road here in Springfield better because when I pulled up to get the food once and I couldn't get it through my window so I backed up a little different my rear mirror got scraped by the ordering stall so I tried to talk to the manager and he claimed I shouldn't have parked so close to the one that had music coming from it so I could have heard the speaker in the CarHop better, instead of the whole situation not being handled right in the first place. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything nowadays it seems many times...
I've been to the Sonic on North Glenstone and I seem to get pretty good service there so I guess it depends on which Sonic you go to.
My overall rating is a four because they don't care in to making sure the customer helps keeping them in business and wants to come back rather than and playing the music loud and making sure everybody talks loud and to me it seems like all you're going to keep doing is being loud you're never really going to accomplish anything in the long run!“
“Went here late at night. The employees were really laid back, when I pulled in I was the only car because of how late it was, the lady that was outside with her fellow employees walked right back into the restaurant so by the time I finished checking in she was already at my car. They were really great, food was delicious, maybe they need to replace the pickles. But otherwise food was great prepared great I appreciate them being open“
