Stopped in on a whim and found a gem! The bbq is top notch. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket were all tender and perfectly smoked. The mac n cheese was nice and creamy, with a slightly spicy kick. We also liked the potato salad and chips n queso. There are plenty of BBQ places in Springfield but this is now by far my favorite.
Found this BBQ joint by getting a craving for bbq nachos. Turns out — they had just what I wanted. I tried their pork belly nachos (super yummy queso, unique beans, and homemade chips). Also got a side of their potato salad. Both flame.
