“Keeping my original pics, but revisited tonight and had a great experience. Leah at the counter was the hit. She really took care of us and the others that came in for a 3$ son of a baconator. She is a great asset to the franchise. Great "can do" attitude.

“The food was typical Wendy's... The atmosphere was rough. What appeared to be a homeless man sleeping in one corner, another guy with what appeared to be all of his belongings in another corner.
Charles the guy working behind the counter saw my GF's son heading to the bathroom and ran over to let us know that a man had been in there for over 90 minutes and that I should go in with him. Which I gladly did!
There was a man in the stall listening to a podcast or video about combatting demons and talking in something that MAY have been English...

“They were absolutely fantastic. I went through a different wendys drive through and bought the key tag. It's super small and I think they forgot to give it to me. I called this wendys and explained the story I had the receipt and Heather said just to come on by. I end up going to the wendys I actually ordered from and they don't have a Heather! I call back and explain my situation they had a district manager there and they said hey just come on out here! No idea how stoked up I'm gonna use this thing with how hard I worked for it lol.“
“I go to this location frequently. Until yesterday, I have been extremely pleased. When I went to fill my soda, the lids to the kids cups were stuck. When I finally got one out, there were multiple lids stuck together. I could see soda or soda syrup on them. They came from the dispenser where clean lids are expected. Accidents happen, people do things that are "funny" when they really are not.
Being a responsible person, I took the lids up to the counter and told the guy working what I found and where. He took the lids from me, looked at them, and walked away. He did not apologize, he did not offer me a clean lid, he just walked away.
I think he went back and started cooking. I know he was working the register because he is who I paid. Also, the restaurant was not busy.
This is my neighborhood location and it just made me sad, and frankly disgusted.“
“I was having a really bad day when I finally made it on lunch at 3:00 yesterday it might have been 3:30 I went to Wendy's and the manager took my order and really brightened up my day the food was pretty good as well and hot and ready my meal came quick and I just want to give a shout out to the manager on duty yesterday evening“
“The gentleman that took our order was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was fresh and hot. I recommend trying the Caramel Cold Brew coffee but maybe with extra ice. Overall cleanliness wasn't that great but still a nice experience due to the friendly customer service. Thanks for having us.“
“The remodel significantly improved the space, making it much nicer. The food was good, as long as they stayed focused on preparing fresh, warm meals, which they accomplished this time. The staff, including those in training, were extremely nice and cordial, doing an excellent job overall. But always remember in fast food it's from visit to visit consistency is always needed“
