Wingstop in Springfield

“I hardly ever leave reviews but the young men working here on NYE deserve some recognition. Apparently every idiot in Springfield, including myself, had the bright idea to order Wing Stop on NYE. When we pulled up, the line was out the door and there were probably 60 people inside waiting on orders. There were only 5 employees cranking out orders for this endless line of people. What impressed me is how they didn’t seem bothered by what I would consider an insurmountable workload in front of them while being watched by every customer there. They were cranking out orders like machines and one guy named Sam (I only know his name because a customer told him the name on his order and he said “Hey that’s my name”) kept us all informed on the status of our orders WHILE answering the phone and taking more orders. The general consensus of the customers was that we were in awe of the work ethic of these guys and that we could never do it. Our order did take longer than normal, but how could it not in that situation? When we got the food home, it was delicious, the order was perfect, and it was definitely worth the wait. I really hope someone besides me recognizes these guys for what an amazing job they did under such challenging circumstances.“

We met the GM Cody and can tell the store is under new management from the service to food quality and cleanliness.“
