During pickup of my mobile order an employee was working in the kitchen with a half smoked cigarette behind his ear. I reported this to the manager who said he would correct it. It took 10 minutes for the employee to be told anything. The employee then removed the cigarette and put it in his pocket and did not wash his hands.
My husband and I visited here on July 3rd around 9:30 PM. We are sorely disappointed in our experience. First of all, the place looked closed when we came in. Even though the door said they were open until midnight, they had all the chairs upside down on the tables except one. It wasn't an inviting atmosphere. We ordered two boneless BBQ wings, one plain tender, four fries, and three drinks. Their drink station was disgusting with straw wrappers everywhere and pools of liquid...read full review
There is no point in ordering hours ahead. Your order will still not be ready. Here I sit again, waiting on an order I placed 5 hours earlier. Arrived 5 mins past when it was supposed to be ready and there are 4 tickets ahead of my order. What a joke.
