Love the foods from new Head's store! New owner whose also the chef is very friendly and so good at French dishes. Ordered lamb chop and steak, all very tender and juicy. The sauce he made was amazing and gave the soul to the meat. All salad and sides are made with fresh local farm harvests. Their tuna salad was amazing as well. Went to the first dinner service tonight. Let me tell you the wagyu beef and trout were AH-MAZING! Beef was very tender and the trout was rich. Followed dinner with the mint chip ice cream from the Scoop Shop. �
