Andy's Frozen Custard Reviews
We ordered a large and small. They are clearly the same size! If I could post a pic, I would. First they must be told to upsize as they tried to sell regular (medium) or large. I just wanted a small and my husband wanted a large. She got mixed up and added a medium then the mgr had to fix it. Then the strawberries and fudge are just on top so once you get through that, 80% is just custard. Not worth $8!
I've been on a quest to find the best Sweet Tea for the last several years - and I've yet to find anything that tops Andy's! McCalister's... eat your heart out!
I frequent this location to the point that most of the employees know my order already - speaking of the employees, they're all absolutely phenomenal.
I came for the sweet teas, came BACK for the sweet teas and stayed for the awesome customer service.

Andy's Frozen Custard is a popular spot known for its quick service and friendly staff, even during long drive-thru lines. Customers love the seasonal key lime pie and pumpkin pie Concretes, with a variety of toppings to choose from. The restaurant stays open late, making it a good choice for night owls. They offer a points account for discounts and birthday treats, but some feel the prices are a bit high. The milkshakes are considered pricey but worth it, especially with their intense chocolate flavors. The location offers easy parking, including a handicap spot, and is kid-friendly with options like kid-sized cones. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with accessible grades instead of curbs, though seating for wheelchairs is limited. Customers mention that the drive-through can take a long time, but parking and ordering at the window often results in quicker service. Some reviews highlight great customer service and delicious, consistent custard. While vegetarian options are limited and some ingredients like gelatin and tallow are concerns, the treats and friendly service make Andy's a popular choice in a suburban mall area. Recent reviews mention that the drive-thru is fast and the staff is very helpful, with one customer enjoying the sundae and the helpfulness of staff, especially Marcus. Many appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the quality of the custard, especially the brownie Sunday with its warm, homemade taste. The "build your own jackhammer" with peanut butter and hot fudge remains a favorite for some, though others avoid the brownie due to a strong egg smell. The turtle sundae with toasted pecans is also highly enjoyed, with generous portions and great service.
