“The ONLY reason I would recommend them is because the cake was phenomenal. However, their customer service sucks. Got a wedding cake from them that showed up 2 hours early, then they proceeded to argue with my wife about the agreed upon delivery time. They take forever to respond to messages. My wife delivered the cake decorations and they didn't even remember that the decorations were delivered. I won't use them again, despite the cake being great.“
