“Hiring McLain's Bakery for our wedding cake (and sheet cakes) was an incredible experience. We went in for a cake tasting where they took the time to explain all of our options, as well as work with us on a plan for number of guests and amount of dessert needed to accommodate. Their cake was amazing! We ordered almond cake with raspberry filling, which was so delicious and can't wait to order through them again for special occasions!“

“People are still talking about the cake I ordered from Bake My Day for my parents 60th anniversary! Not only was it beautiful but it was scrumptious. Each tier had 4 layers of raspberry and white chocolate. The cake itself was moist and the layers only added to the overall flavorful experience.“

“was happy to order my kids cakes for there birthday but sadly the cakes we a disappointment the whipped cream topping was tasteless the cake was supposed to be 3 leches and it had a good amount of milk but sadly the cake was hard and seemed to be missing something because it was nasty. i wouldn't recommend its not the same anymore.“
“This was my first time using them and price was very reasonable, cookies tasted extremely delicious. We did bluey and sonic theme for my two kids bday party. I’m using them again this Nov 2023 as well. Very professional and great customer service. Just glad to have someone up north and not have to travel super far.“
“Kind and helpful people in the shop. They explained what was in several of their beautiful pastries so I could decide which to get. I still don’t know the name of the multi layered crushed walnut filled things, but they were delicious and a big hit with family and friends. I will be back to get more! (I live 2 hrs away but am in North KC once in awhile)“
