we are going out about a St Joseph Missouri Dunkin' Donuts manager. colorful metaphors to a customer then proceeding to go outside and start beating on their car and causing damage to their vehicle. this specific manager used the term blank you up and then on top of it proceeded to cause what they call damage to the individuals automobile over an order that should have been correct. this is the main reason why I don't go to Dunkin' Donuts the elders are never correct also the...read full review
I understand that you are insanely busy in the drive thru right now. I came today withy family ordered hot chocolates and got a cup of hot water. of course to fix it would be another 20 min drive thru wait since the lobby must be closed(I get it). How can your staff not realize that they are only serving hot water?
No glazed donuts, no chocolate donuts of any sort, RUDE customer service. Will not be back.
