This location is usually a little on the slow side (not massively, but still noticeable), but I went here last Friday and they knocked it out of the park. My drive-thru order was completed fast, accurately, and tasted fresh.
No sooner as I opened up the door there was this young lady that gave me a very much heartfelt welcome to Arby's. Autumn has a contagious smile vibes and her overall energy is something that we do not see in today's very young workers! Autumn is also a great worker! She was taking front counter orders helping out in drive through helpy out in the kitchen and also running orders out that they had to pull for orders waiting in drive-thru! I usually love Arby's, but lately the food has been tasteless. Last night the Cashier was the cook too and his attitude was ruthless. Anger was in his manners & tone. The strawberry lemonade is spoiled & the hot items are cold. I could read the frustration on his face, therefore I didn't dare complain. I will be returning the items today. Hopefully, we'll try Arby's on Lindell Blvd. in the near future, but no time soon...
