We went inside and ordered on the kiosk. The kiosk didn't print us a receipt, so when they messed up our order, we had no way to show them. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food and get the order corrected. The workers were careless and rude. No one else inside got their food in a timely manner and everyone was angry. They weren't busy when we showed up, but by the time we left the line was backed up with no worker willing to take orders.
Pulled up to the window to pay waited 3 minutes for the girl collecting the money to notice I was there because she was talking /texting on her phone they have the worst customer service ever

The preparer of this sandwich either doesn't care or flat out not paying attention. How did a hole not only get in the patty and how did the preparer miss it when making the sandwich. I paid for 2 full patties not 1 and 3/4 patties. Drive thru moved at a fairly decent pace given the amount of cars in line before me.
