keep trying to give this location a chance and there’s no point. i normally get a burrito. rice, especially brown, is always crunchy. so today i got nachos instead. pork nachos with a little white rice. pork had bits of meat in it that were very soft and weren’t pork. chips had a chemical smell and to them. even the white rice wasn’t cooked all the way through. this is the closest location to where i live. when i went in it wasn’t busy AT ALL. what’s still the problem??...read full review
I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and each time something is wrong with my order. The staff is very rude when addressing customer concerns and just very careless putting together orders. I’ve received completely different orders the last five times i’ve placed an order and it’s come from this location. Don’t waste your time complaining because they will not fix your order or try to apologize.

Went into the establishment at 8:30 to stand in line for 15 minutes to only be told we don't have enough food for online & walk-in. Poor excuse and the store closes at 10pm!
