Food is pretty good but the service is beyond terrible. Worse service I ever had. The staff gives you the impression they don’t care. I think there were maybe 4 tables of customers on a Sunday. With a nearly empty restaurant, I should have known better….and I learned fast why they have no customers. Took about an hour just to order our food after being forgotten about. I’m not sure how you forget a table of patrons when there was maybe only 4 occupied tables.

The WORST SERVICE EVER. It took 2 hours for us to eat. There were 4 of us. Out server came up to us once and got our drink orders after 20, minutes of us being seated. There was 1 other table in the whole restaurant. Then 30 minutes later another server came up to take our order claiming our server was “behind on his work”. The one other table left without eating because it was so slow and they couldn’t get service. When we finally got out food 1.5 hours later half the order was missing. Overall a terrible experience. No apologies from any of the staff.

Today was our 2nd time at Baileys. Our first being a not so great experience. The food was good, the service terrible. On our first trip we sat at the bar (and were the only ones at the bar), and there were maybe 6 other people there. The bartender was so inattentive and the service was so slow. Today we tried to go back to give it another shot. Really wanted to like the place because its so cute and close by. We walk in, the restaurant is empty but there are 3 or 4 groups standing at the hostess stand with no employee in sight. We wait for maybe 5 mins and decide to leave. This place really has a lot to figure out it seems.

This place is absolutely fantastic if they had more workers. Food is great, place is clean, but they have about 1 person working there at all times. Took us near 1.5 hours to get our food. this would be a STL hotspot if they had more workers. Please hire.

Place is incredibly well built out, ambiance is lovely, food is solid for the price point! Service was a little slow for us but the place is huge so they definitely get their steps in! The app sampler is freaking massive!

Place is cutely decorated and I like that they have movie nights! The service was just alright, but unfortunately, there was a nut allergy in our group and the menu did not list the fact that the blondie boozy shake had any nuts in it. They found out the hard way. Id want to see them list common allergens on their menu!! Burger was tasty, but maybe not worth the price tag for me :(

The last time that we ordered pickup our milk shake got to us melted, the online menu wasn’t updated so I had to make last minute changes to my order and they forgot our dipping sauces. We had to go back and get them. We were very disappointed in our food and our service. We frequently order from Bailey’s we live close and is convenient lately the food has been inconsistent and the service not great.

Five Stars All the Way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Bailey’s is officially our new go-to spot in St. Louis! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome—everyone was genuinely friendly and the vibe was just right.

Let’s talk about the food: THE NACHOS. Absolutely to die for. Perfectly loaded, flavorful, and honestly the best I’ve had in ages. And the Bourbon St Banger burger? Game changer. It’s now my go-to burger, hands down.

What made the experience even better was getting to chat with the chef—who we later found out is actually the GM, Daisy! She was so down to earth, passionate, and just an all-around amazing person. You can tell her heart is in every part of this place.

The building was spotless, the atmosphere was awesome, and they even host movie nights which adds such a cool, fun twist. My family cannot wait to come back—for the burgers, the nachos, and the whole experience. Bailey’s, you’ve got fans for life! 🍔🔥🎥

DELICIOUS!! Great food choices, fresh ice cream and tons of gluten free options. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the menu.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac and gluten sensitivity heaven

Parking: Hamburgers are filling. Enough fries in a serving to share with others.

We each had a bison burger with fries and a shake. All were amazing! The burgers were perfectly cooked as ordered. Great find on our road trip.

The scratch made ice cream is not only delicious but also priced well. The bison steak burger with Boursin and caramelized onions is amazing. Love this neighborhood spot!
