Worst experience ever. Waited over an hour and a half for food. We had to go get our own drinks. Food was warm. The restaurant was not busy at all. I will never return.

We've eaten here over the years and unfortunately will not be going back. Service was very slow. Took almost an hour to get food once seated. Burgers were very small compared to previous times. Wasn't asked for drink refills and had to go find the server to ask for the check.

Atrocious service. Sat for two hours, received half of our drinks and appetizers, none of our entrees. We were never brought waters, had to ask ourselves at the bar. My drink was made incorrectly and the bartender did not offer to remake it. The food eventually came out cold and poorly made after asking several times. They ended up covering our entire bill because the expereince was so terrible. Clientele was unpleasant, staff made them look like angels. Will not be coming back. Two stars for atmosphere because Home Alone was playing and we got to watch the whole movie while we waited for our dinners!!!!

Sunday night was one of the worst recent dining experiences i have had. We had a 12 top with 2 toddlers. So they put us in the tall chairs. We asked if we could move to lower tables with high chairs. That wasn't possible (even though there was 2 other groups of similar size doing just that). One of the adults had to physically hold on to a child because of how wobbly the chairs were. The serving staff tried its' best. I get that Sundays are slower, but with Garden Glow going on, you think they would have enough bodies in house to accommodate. We waited over 60 minutes to be seated, given menus, and have our order taken. Once food was served, no one stopped in to check on refills or if anything was wrong. Just a bad experience.

I was shocked how small the double cheeseburger was. It was tasty but it's very overpriced because it's very small and the french fries are horrible to be honest. I do not recommend them at all. Overall quality not great and value is definitely bad.

I use to love this place but I feel like they just aren't living up to my previous expectations. Today I walked in and ordered a shake to go. Felt like I got up-charged. When I left they handed me a bag instead of a cup. When I finally got a chance to open the bag. It was disassembled. , a couple of scoops of ice cream in a cup. I don't get it

That damn Sweet Tooth burger is worth the entire outing. Holy crap it was amazing. The maple bacon crush was nothin to scoff at either. We recently lost one of our favorite burger joints to closing so this was a wonderful, close to the house, awesome. OH and pitchers of their boozy lemonades are refreshing and delicious. Fries super crispy. 👌

Food was good but my server was not. I did not get his name but he had long hair and makeup. Please when you drop the food off ask the guest do they need anything else. He dropped my plate & immediately walked away. He never stopped by to ask if I’m okay or need anything. He didn’t bring extra napkins nothing. Only time he came back was to bring my check & still never said anything. Like come on I’m a server myself please do better. I love to tip. I will go back but not have him as my server.

Their burgers are very good, I have been here multiple times now and each time myself and my partner have left happy and full, until this past week. The service was good, as it generally is, but when the burgers came out we felt like a joke was being played on us, they were almost half the size of what they originally were. My partner who usually leaves a quarter of the burger for leftovers ate the whole thing and all of the fries we usually share. Luckily their shakes were still the same size but when leaving we agreed that though the food is good we most likely won't be coming back to pay 15 dollars each for what seemed like sliders.

We love this place. There often seems to be a shortage of front of houe staff but they pull it off well. Highly recommend, especially on movie night, great for kids!
